Your privacy is important to us. We will never trade, lease or sell your name or e-mail address information. We follow a strict anti-spam policy and do not spam our customers, ever. We will contact you ONLY if your order information is incomplete. Credit card charges will appear on your statement as "CCNow". All products are shipped discreetly in a plain package without any label outside and inside the packet contains with product bottles only a packing list not mentioning the prices.

Ambrina™ and other products come in secure, hygienic packaging in complete conformity to ISO (International Standardization Organization) requirements. The package sent out in the post is absolutely discreet, plain and ensuring the privacy of our customers.

Order Processing:
As a Standard Shipping Policy all orders received before 6.00 PM EST on a week day are processed on same day and shipped out the next day if the item(s) is in stock. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
We ship all orders by Registered Air post (including shipments to post box or APO/FPO adresses). Handling and shipping charges for orders from any country are (USD4.00 +5% of the products value). Overnight shipping is currently not available and all orders are queued with a high priority status.
We ship to most countries of the world. You can contact our Customer Service to find out delivery options for your region. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your product has left our facility.
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging not mentioning the contents of the shipment for your privacy.
Delivery Time:
The delivery normally takes 14-18 working days but might take up to 20 working days in exceptional cases. In case your parcel does not arrive within 30 days, we will re-send your order without any charges or refund your full paid amount including the shipping charges.
Some times the custom department of a country detains the products for inspection. In such cases, please allow additional time for mail delays and we will prefer to re-send you an other pack.
ORDERS SHIPPED IN THE PERIOD OF DEC 15 TO JAN 15 will take longer time for delivery (30-45 days).
Order Tracking:
Tracking is avaible only for parcels shipped to USA, Canada , UK and some other countries. 48 hours after the dispatch of shipment, we get a tracking number from postal department. Buyer can track the order on postal website of their own country ( when it arrives in their country) or at website http://ep.gov.pk for confirmation that the parcel has left for buyers country. Buyer can send us an email to get this tracking number.
Returns and Replacements:
If an order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, the customer is eligible for a full refund or a reshipment. If a product is damaged in shipment or a wrong item or expired items is shipped, we will immediately resend the order and you may not need to return your item.
If you want to return the item due to any other reason, please send us an email here to get the returning instructions.In such case we will not refund the posting and handling charges. Only the product price will be refunded after receiving back the product.
An order can not be cancelled after the shipment, unless it is received by the buyer and returned back to us

| We do not handle or store any credit card information. All payments are processed securely through our online retailers,CCnow.com . We do not charge our customers any amount for payment processing. Currently accepted credit cards are Visa, Master Card, American Express Discover (E-checks from US citizens only) and Paypal. At the moment we are not accepting a single order more than US$ 230, online. Orders more than US$ 230 are shipped in two or more parts. |

Simply try our product(s) for 60 days and if after 60 days you do not get any benefit, simply return the remaining medicine (or empty bottle) to us and we will refund of 100% of the price you paid for the product. No questions will be asked . The product(s) should be returned back with in 90 days after shipment . In such a case we will not refund shipping and handling charges.

USD 4.00 + 5% of the products value
For India, Israel, South Africa and some other countries:
USD 18.00
for each order.
These Cahrges will be automatically calculated, when you will select your country at the time of checkout. |
